Ambry offers Agilent SureSelect, Roche NimbleGen On-Array, SeqCap EZ Exome, and RainDance; each is customizable to meet your sequence capture needs.

Agilent SureSelect©:

Agilent’s SureSelect© Target Enrichment System is a liquid hybridization selection technique that improves the process-efficiency of next-generation sequencing workflow. The SureSelect© custom application captures up to 3.3 MB of unique sequence and the whole exome application captures the ~30 Mb exome and has sample low input requirements of gDNA, thus allowing researchers’ flexibility to perform highly targeted next generation sequencing on the most precious of samples. Nimblegen 2.1M HD2 Arrays / 385K Arrays / SeqCap EZ Exome:

NimbleGen Arrays are high-density, long oligo arrays that enable targeted exon sequencing or any specific genomic regions for use with next generation sequencing instruments. 2.1M HD2 and 385K Arrays can capture up 30 MB and 5 MB of unique sequence, respectively. This array-based process offers significant scalability advantages over current PCR methods for targeted enrichment. The SeqCap EZ Exome is a cutting-edge technology that utilizes a single tube of stable DNA oligos to capture all exons in solution and includes built-in controls to evaluate capture performance. With 2.1 million empirically optimized DNA probes, SeqCap EZ Exome library delivers a high level of performance and substantial savings on sequencing.

RainDance Technologies RDT1000:

Ambry Genetics is partnered with Raindance Technologies for Diagnostics and Genomic Services utilizing the RDT1000 for sequence enrichment and targeted resequencing validation. The RDT1000 and Ambry Genetics’ Next Generation Services are allowing researchers to either greatly reduce study time or to improve study quality by running more samples in the same time within the same experimental budget.
